Submitting Samples to IPS
To insure our testing laboratory is able to quickly and correctly process your request, we ask that you please follow the steps below:
1. Download and complete a Test Service Request Form

2. Insure your samples are clearly labeled or marked with the sample code and other pertinent information such as machine direction, etc.
3. Ship samples and Test Service Request Form to:

IPS reserves the right to refuse to receive or analyze samples that are deemed to be unsafe to handle in our facilities or for any other reason.
IPS does not accept radioactive material.
Prior consultation is required prior to shipment of samples that are biologically active.
Certain samples may require field preservation, cold shipment or other specialized handling to insure sample integrity. Check with IPS to verify the sample quantities and/or handling requirements for testing.
Purchase Orders
Purchase orders (POs) are generally recommended. A purchase order or credit card is required for all studies. Orders over $3,000 should be based on a sales quote or project estimate specific to the product. Clients may contact IPS for a specific project quote. All POs may be sent to the IPS customer service department via email (
customerservice@ipstesting.com) or by faxing to the attention of Customer Service at 920-749-3046.
