SGS-Integrated Paper Services, Inc., is pleased to announce that we are offering a special session of our Paper Fiber Analysis Course. This introductory course offers detailed instruction in qualitative and quantitative analysis and identification techniques for paper fibers. You will receive valuable individual attention to your particular questions, as well as an opportunity for hands-on experience by analyzing your own samples.
The course instructor is Walter J. Rantanen, Technical Leader of the Fiber Lab at SGS-IPS. He holds a BS in Wood Products Engineering with an emphasis on wood anatomy from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Syracuse, NY. He has more than 30 years of experience conducting paper fiber analysis courses through his association with both SGS-IPS and The Institute of Paper Chemistry.
The course fee is not determined at this time. The fee is payable (in U.S. funds) before or on the first day of the course. The classes are held at SGS-Integrated Paper Services, Inc., 3211 East Capitol Drive, Appleton, WI 54911.
